Wonderful property in the heart of Samara + Our casita was great and had all of the amenities we needed. The pools, especially the main pool area, a relaxing way to cool off and it was quiet most of the time so it felt like we had our own private pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. − This property is a 10, we scored a 9 just because of our bed in villa #9. It would be ok to handle for a night or two, but we had a six day stay and did not have one restful nights sleep. The bed is hard like sleeping on plywood. We had to fold our duvet and place it underneath our shoulders and hips. After speaking with other guests (that told us their beds were good) we think it might be just the bed in villa #9. Please upgrade this mattress for future guests. We normally wouldn’t complain about this but our backs were very sore after our stay.

+ The place was great, nice pool well kept. The villa was nice, with a living room, a well equipped kitchen and an air conditioned bedroom. I particularly liked the large patio with the hammock. It was close to the beach (5 minutes walk) and there was a supermarket just across the road. − It is only a very minor thing, but the WiFi was quite slow and only worked outside. It

Située en plein coeur de Samara + La localisation est super, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage par un chemin tranquille, grande épicerie juste en face et près de tous les restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Nous avions une villa entière avec 2 chambres. Le patio extérieur donnant sur la piscine est grand et bien aménagé. Très grande piscine. − Les lits sont très dures et la literie/serviettes gagnerait à être améliorées.

Very nice place + The place was beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful. It had a good temperature outdoors even though the day was really hot. − One of the toilets was damaged so it hurt to sit. And they were some bugs around.

Un lieu idéal pour un séjour au calme proche de tout. + lieu très agréable, dans un écrin de nature. Les appartements sont très bien pensés et équipés, avec une grande terrasse avec vue sue le jardin et la piscine, un vrai petit paradis. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable, et le ménage fait tous les jours est impeccable. Jolie plage toute proche à à peine 5 minutes à pieds par un sentier. Le centre-ville est très proche aussi. − proposer un petit-déjeuner, un bar pour la journée ou le soir, à part ça, je ne vois pas, tout est parfait.

Rustic yet clean and comfortable. + Propane stove and kitchen set up for cooking. With power outage it was a nice feature. outdoor space was great and comfortable. Semi private pool with cameras was strange but nice. Staff was nice location was good, the grounds were beautiful − Sparse living room furniture could be more comfortable couch. The hot tub was broken and video cameras in pool area. Also, no ac in living areas. Just the bedrooms which always helps

A Perfect Home Away From Home + My family (2 adults + 2 kids) stayed at Villa Verdes for 8 nights and had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. Our villa was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax. The complimentary beach equipment available to borrow —umbrellas, boogie boards, flippers, floaties and more—was a fantastic perk and made pool time and exploring the beach even more fun.All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet retreat. We also felt very safe throughout our stay and appreciated that the gates were locked at night and security was on-site.
