Mal acceso + El entorno es muy tranquilo, el desayuno está muy bien y el personal es muy agradable. − Está bastante lejos de Santa Elena (como 20 minutos) y el camino de acceso es horrible, está sin asfaltar y con muchos badenes, hace que realmente tengas que pensar bien si quieres salir del hotel. Faltaba algo de limpieza en la habitación, el mobiliario era muy antiguo, las toallas estaban muy desgastadas.

Damp apartment in poor location with no facilities. + Not much. Breakfast was OK. − Room was very damp. All our clothes ended up damp. No hot water on arrival. Common area for mixing with other guests non-existent. No evening meals. View from room obstructed by huge tree. Balcony was tiny, no room to sit. Quite far from Santa Elena town (about 6km) so had to pay for taxis to/from town ($20 & 15 mins each way) to get an evening meal/drinks.

It was great + The whole pastoral look was great. We like the place very much. They have to improve a little bit more, not too much the breakfast. The main issue they have is the hot water. Sometimes is scars. And even w that we loved the place.

לחיות בתוך אגדה- מלון קסום + מלון כמו באגדות, נוף מדהים, אגם קסום עם צמחייה מהממת, ברווזים ודגים. מיוחד מאוד, שקט ורגוע. המיקום הוא יתרון וגם חסרון. צוות הקבלה דיאנה ואליסון שרותיות וקיבלנו המלצות טובות. עמדת קפה ועוגה לרשות האורחים. − ארוחת בוקר זקוקה לשיפור, מיקום מרוחק כ 20 דקות על כביש עפר מכל הפעילויות ומסנטה אלנה.

+ el desayuno muy completo , el lago y los animales muy lindo para los niños − siento que a la habitación le falta un espejo fuera del baño y que la puerta del baño cierre bien ya que no cerraba del todo

+ La atención fué de los puntos más altos, desde la recepción con Diana hasta las chicas de los desayunos con su excelente trato y amabilidad además de los desayunos espectaculares, hechos en el mismo momento del desayuno! − No hay nada que podemos mencionar, ya que si queremos regresar en algún otro momento!

+ הצוות היה מקסים מאוד וארוחת הבוקר הייתה נהדרת. האגם בחוץ היה ממש נחמד לילדים והמקום שקט − ביום הראשון לא היו לנו מים חמים ואז יום למחרת הייתה לנו בעיה שהמים בשירותים לא ירדו. המיקום היה מרוחק מידי והדרך לא הייתה פשוטה כל פעם שהיינו צריכים לצאת מהמלון זה טוב עבור מי שרוצה ממש מקום מרוחק ואין לו בעיה עם נסיעות בדרכים.
