+ The staff are all very friendly and the room was clean. We had a very nice welcoming when we arrived and Eduarda was exceptional 👌 − The food truck. 1st day we went to get food there the staff was using gloves while making the hamburgers and hotdogs but unfortunately the 2nd and 3rd day the staff for those days did not use gloves at all. I think it is unhygienic especially working with food

Fiquei desiludida, com o hotel + A simpatia dos colaboradores da animação − Logo a chegada o atendimento da recepção e chegada ao quarto, casa de banho suja, colchão já com muito uso e desconfortável. Roupa de cama muito gasta.

Hotel bonito pero un poco sobrevalorado + El hotel es muy bonito, la comida del buffet es buena y variada y el personal es atento y servicial − El restaurante buffet es solo uno y se llena en horas concurridas, sobretodo en la cena puedes llegar a hacer cola para entrar. Tienen una política de toallas de piscina un tanto incómoda, tienes que retirarlas antes de las 11 o después de las 4 de la tarde. El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones no es el mejor, solo hacían las camas y vaciaban la basura, el piso se sentía sucio

Ideal para a família, a melhorar soluções nocturnas depois das 9.30 para comer. + Regime tudo incluído − Depois das 9.30 é um pesadelo comer. Poderia estar um pouco mais bem conservado por parte da manutenção. Indisponibilidade dos restaurantes fuego para marcação. Deveria ter sido comunicado antes, de pagar que só teríamos direito a uma refeição.

To sum up this hotel is value for your money. From the food, room, location, staff, facilities. Truly a little gem in Po + • First of all the whole hotel was spotless and constantly cleaners on the go. Also cleaning robots which is a first. • Staff are so friendly and helpful. • Room is cleaned every day with new towels and water replaced. • There is food from the start of the day to the end. • Food quality was fresh and did change every day but the breakfast was 👌🏼 spot on. • Location was perfect for us because your right beside the beach and only a 25 minute walk to Alvor harbour which we did on a regular bases. Your also close to the other towns and if you want to get around I would recommend calling a taxi because their so cheap and only take two minutes to arrive.. • Quality of the drinks was spot on from beverages to soft drinks. • There is also a 20 meter infinite pool which is adult only and the view is truly amazing. • Padel ball court which is bran new and highly recommend…

Perfekter Algarve Urlaub mit viel leckerem Essen + Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage im Pestana. Hervorzuheben ist die abwechslungsreiche Essensauswahl, ganz viel frischer Fisch, jeden Abend ein Essenshighlight. Der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar und wunderschön mit den „Buchten“. Durch die Auswahl an Animation wird einem nie langweilig. Sowohl tagsüber als auch Abends. Falls man Ruhe möchte gibt es einen Erwachsenenpool. Paddel haben wir auch mehrfach gespielt. Unsere Empfehlung : eigene Bälle mitbringen ( wirklich das einzig „negative“) Die Mitarbeiter waren auch wirklich alle sehr nett. Die AI Getränke waren wirklich auch echt gut, Originaler Alkohol und falls man sich was ausgesucht hat was nicht auf der Karte stand hat man es auch bekommen. − Wir hatten keine begehbare Dusche im Zimmer, aber das wäre wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt.

+ De tudo em Geral − Acho que deveriam variar as sobremesas, na minha opinião muito artificiais, temos doces tão típicos da região e do nosso país em geral, por exemplo o arroz doce, a tigelada, farófias, mousse de chocolate, papas de carolo...etc Também a falta de comida a partir das 22h00.
