+ Ubicación buena. Piscina − 1. Solo había unas 10 plazas de parking, eso no se puede considerar un Parking para un hotel alejado del centro de 92 habitaciones, y en el que dicen que “no es necesario reservar” 2. El olor de tubería en el wc y habitación era insoportable, y la respuesta era que “ no tenían en esos momentos personal de mantenimiento”. Después de protestar 4 días seguidos, nos dijeron que nos podían cambiar a otras habitaciones pero una sin terraza y separadas ( viajábamos en familia). 3. El desayuno era muy deficiente. 4. El wifi prácticamente sin conexión.

Hotel bien situado cerca del centro + Me encantó la habitación. Amplia. Y la cama enorme. La ubicación también muy cerca del centro, en pocos minutos andando se llega al paseo marítimo, zona del casino y demás. Está en una zona tranquila en una zona residencial espectacular. − Hay algunas cosas que se ven más ajadas y que denota que es un hotel más antiguo peo en general, bien. Se puede aparcar en la puerta y en la calle pero no tiene mucho espacio aunque los dos días que estuvimos siempre encontramos hueco pegado al hotel.

Hotel tranquilo + Es un hotel muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están limpias. − Nos dieron una habitación de menor tamaño que la que habíamos reservado. La ubicación del hotel no es buena. Aunque no está demasiado lejos del centro y de la playa, está situado en un descampado Las plazas de parking del hotel son 10 y no hay reserva. Si necesitas utilizar el coche has perdido tu plaza.

Well located. Worth it for the pool and the breakfast. + The lobby and pool area are quite nice. The breakfast was very good, unlike some reviews I saw, I thought it had many fresh options. It was honestly the highlight of our stay. − The room was overall ok, but you can tell that some maintenance is needed, specially in the bathroom as there was some humidity spots. We also found ants on the floor, which was not great - however our room was close to the pool area which has the grass so maybe could be related. The worst part was honestly the noise. We could hear everything outside and in the room above, so not soundproof as mentioned. In addition the curtains did not extend well enough to cover the sunlight, which was bothersome. Lastly, the hotel does not have parking except for maybe 6/7 spots at the entrance. We had to park in the streets.

+ The pool was nice. − The airconditioning didn't work in one of our rooms. The way staff handled it was unfortunate. There was no replacement room for the first night. The repairman was late so when they offered a new room it seemed pointless. No compensation was offered at all. Communication with the head office was very poor.
