+ Uredno i novo, na dobroj lokaciji. − Iskreno, dao bih manju ocjenu ali ne volim na osnovu jednog iskustva stvarati dojam jer možda je baš jučer bio "dan D". S obzirom da je u gradu bio festival, činilo se da osoblje stvarno ne zna kud će od posla. Osoblje nije ljubazno. Nije bilo ni bezobrazno da se ne shvati krivo, ali djelovali su prilično nezainteresirani. Nisam prije dolaska dobio nikakve informacije gdje da napravim check-in, nitko mi nije spomenuo kad je vrijeme doručka ni gdje da na njega dođem. Parking mi je ponuđen kad sam već došao u objekt, što znači da sam se sam pobrinuo za auto (sat vremena sam tražio parking jer su sobe u pješačkoj zoni a bila je velika gužva.) To se treba iskomunicirati prije dolaska gosta te mu ponuditi parking prije u vidu obavijesti pri rezervaciji jer evo recimo ja nisam imao pojma da je ta Tvrđa povijesni dio Osijeka i da ne mogu doći autom. Excellent Hotel + Excellent Hotel, great location in old city, interesting walk around. Good sized room, extremely clean, comfortable bed, good food at restaurant for dinner, adequate breakfast. Would definitely return
