Great location. Excellent host + Very nice facility. Good area. Owner very helpful. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable − Not much to dislike, would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee machine in room but kitchen facilities were more than adequate

Incredible stay with great access to beach, bakeries, grocery stores, coffee shops (all 5 min away) + The hosts were very open and welcoming. The kitchen was clean and very accessible. People were very respectful of eachother's food. The room provided air conditioning. The room was very clean and so comfortable. The location is incredible!

Przemiły, urokliwy czas + Przemiły właściciel, piękny i duży taras, czysto. − Lokalizacja Ok ale piszą wszyscy, że 15 minut do centrum a to nie do końca prawda. Spacerek około pół godzinki. Jeśli ktoś lubi chodzi to odległość nie jest problemem.

+ Hotellet är ett litet familjeägt ställe vilket var otroligt mysigt. På telefon har man främst kontakt med familjens son Niksa, och på plats finns hans föräldrar som sköter allt annat med incheckning, städning, och ett fint välkomnande med en liten introduktion till staden när man checkar in. Läget var enligt mig och min väninna perfekt då det var trevligt att vara lite utanför Old Town och centrum men ändå på behagligt avstånd - varje kväll promenerade vi både till och från centrum och det tog enkelväg cirka 25 minuter. Nära boendet (ca 10 min promenad ner med många trappor) ligger en otrolig strand, Bellevue. Det finns även ett café, bageri och en livsmedelsbutik (dyr) cirka 5 minuter från boendet i samma riktning som stranden. Rummet var väldigt enkelt men inte alls obekvämt. Välfungerande AC och ett litet kylskåp, såväl som ett litet men bra badrum. Det finns ett litet gemensamt kök på markplan som alla hotellgäster delar. Det var otroligt trevligt och mysigt att det även fanns…

+ Abbastanza vicino al centro, raggiungibile con circa 20 minuti di camminata. Molto bella la spiaggia che ci ha consigliato il proprietario. Presenza di una cucina in comune che si può utilizzare per mangiare poi sulla terrazza vista mare. − Arredamento un po' da svecchiare, stanza non molto grande.

Overall a pleasant stay. Excellent host, good location + Location was good. Easy bus rides to the old town and Lapad beach. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we asked for extra toilet paper etc. Towels were changed every 2 days. Beach towels were available. The deck was large, had good table and chairs, and a nice view. The kitchen facilities were reasonable and the kitchen was kept reasonably clean. We were able to store our luggage in the kitchen, when we arrive before check-in time and were able to check-in a little early. − Breakfast was poor. Cereal was supplied and a few tea bags. We bought our own food and made our own breakfast. Fridge was a little dirty and needed wiping over internally. The Air conditioner light was very bright and made getting to sleep a challenge at times. The sheets were a bit small for the bed, so the top sheet was not able to be tucked in. The beds were a bit hard and a little uncomfortable. The hot water ran out one night and I had to…

Fantastic property and host + Host was super friendly and even stayed up until 4am to greet us when our flight was delayed. Rooms comfortable and location very good for getting into the old town on the bus − Nothing, all excellent 🙂
