Je recommande à 200% - superbe B&B avenue Deschanel + Tout était parfait la gentillesse des hôtes et l'endroit magnifique la maison est très jolie et on s'y sent bien. La chambre est lumineuse,propre et très jolie. Les accès pour le centre ville sont rapides ( 2 minutes pour le bus et 10 minutes pour le tram).le quartier est très beau, arboré et bâtisses art nouveau et deco + le parc qui est splendide, un écrin de verdure au centre ville.le petit déjeuner est excellent et le salon pour le petit déjeuner est magnifique. Possibilité de parking en sup vraiment un plus pour du centre ville.Si je devais revenir à Bruxelles je reviendrais au BB avenue Deschanel. Je recommande à tous de venir à cet endroit. Encore merci aux hôtes. Emery − Rien tout etait parfait !

Schönes Apartment mit Garage + Ein schönes Apartment mit Garage. Sehr nette Eigentümer. Schön eingerichtet. Gute Lage. Getränke im Kühlschrank. − Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut. In der Nacht eher laut durch Verkehr und Trubel im angrenzenden Park.

+ L’emplacement en face du parc Josephat. La possibilité de louer un box pour le wkd. Les petites attentions à l’arrivée. − Il fait très chaud dans l’appartement, pas de Clim. Assez bruyant la nuit les fenêtres ouvertes.

+ The bathroom and the bedroom were great. Also the real close parking and the bus in front of the apartment − The neighbourhood was very dangerous (not only) at night. The sofa used as a third bed was bad, it felt as if there was no mattress.

Gerne wieder + Grosses Zimmer mit eigener gut ausgestatteter Küche. Bad und Dusche waren auch praktikabel eingerichtet. Es gab verschiedene Kissentypen auf dem Zimmer und das Bett war ziemlich bequem. Ausserhalb vom Zentrum aber direkt an einer Bushaltestelle gelegen. Ein paar wenige Lokale gleich um die Ecke und direkt an einem grünen Park. Am Vormittag ist auch jemand da, der sich um die Gäste kümmert − Leider gab es bei uns technische Probleme mit dem Schlüsselsystem. Nach einem Anruf konnte das aber relativ schnell behoben werden.
