+ Prachtige plek in de Amazone met zeer vriendelijke mensen. De afstand tot Manaus is niet groot maar je zit midden in de prachtige natuur van de Amazone. Veel prachtige flora en fauna waar je gewoon tussen kunt verblijven. Geweldig! − Wij vonden de excursies niet allemaal even interessant. Ze zijn kort en je blijft in de buurt van het park. De gidsen zijn geweldig en nemen alle tijd voor vragen.

Amazing experience + Absolutely incredible! The place is a little bit dated, but the rooms at large and clean, and give you a unique setting. The grounds are lovely. Food was fantastic. The staff were incredible and the trips were very enjoyable. Such an incredible and unique experience.

Good location + The rooms are a bit far from reception area and small. Location was very nice and the activities organised by the lodge were very good. Plenty of wildlife on the premises! Meals were excellent. We really enjoyed all the meals. Water is available in the restaurant area to fill up your bottles and coffee is only available in the restaurant. No tea/coffee making facilities in room as was the case in most places we stayed in Brazil.

Fomos sem saber o que encontrar e encontramos um paraíso. + Gostamos de tudo. É perto de Manaus. A logística para a chegada ao hotel desde que chegamos até à volta a Manaus foi perfeita. Marcelo muito atencioso. Os funcionários e guias são muito atenciosos. Os passeios muito interessantes. Enfim, tudo funcionou muito bem. Agradecemos a todos. − Nada a reclamar

A infraestrutura um pouco decadente. O lugar é lindo. Com alguns passeios na redondeza muito bonitos + A local e os passeios próximos oferecidos pelo hotel. A equipe que leva aos passeios sempre muito gentil e acolhedora − O banheiro era bem antigo, vazava por baixo do box- alagando todo o piso. A janela c um revestimento quebrado. Eu estava no melhor e mais caro quarto do hotel. Os quartos são distantes da recepção e do restaurante. Os caminhos já estão bem antigos- precisando de uma restauração. A comida não era sortida - poucas opções e servida menos do que tinha de hospedes, sempre acabava. Eu contratei as diárias pelo Booking com tudo incluído. Lá alegaram que eu não tinha preenchido o formulário específico deles e porisso me cobraram passeio como extra. O Booking precisa esclarecer que os hospedes não tiveram acesso ao tal formulário que eles criaram. Não me enviaram a NF.

Inesquecíveis + Excelente local, equipe atenciosa e profissional. Ótima limpeza e bons funcionários. Hotel lindo e bem cuidado. vegetação incrível com piscinas natarais deliciosas com bangalo para deitar. Adoramos todos os passeios! Meus filhos pequenos de 3 e 6 anos amaram. Foram momentos enesquecíveis. − Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento, mas nada que incomode. Os horário do almoço e jantar poderiam ser mais cedo, pois para as crianças fica tarde demais.

Great hotel in the middle of the jungle + The experience was amazing. The activities and guides are elite, being friendly and knowledgeable. I had the luck to have Mauricio for the pink dolphin and river meet scenery, and Mateus, a survivor expert that guides through the jungle and monkey island. The hotel has great food, great rooms and great ammenities. Everyone is so nice!
