Pontos positivos e negativos. + Perto aeroporto com shuttle. Café da manhã excelente. Ótimo atendimento. Ótima limpeza, sem carpete no quarto. Camas largas, mas sem protetor de colchão, lençol com rasgadinhos, travesseiros de má qualidade e toalhas de banho sofríveis, velhas e finas. Tem chaleira, mas não tem xícara nem chá ou café.

+ This was a very convenient location for us as we were flying, didnt have a car and easy for family to visit before we departed. Amenities were great however we were travelling with an infant and found that he was dirty after crawling on the floor in our room.

Good hotel, let down by misinformation. + The hotel itself was clean and posh. Hotel staff were polite and helpful, the room was a comfortable size. The place was relatively close to the airport. It is a higher value hotel than others nearby and as a result has facilities such as a heated pool and sauna. The restaurant buffet was nice both in the evening and for breakfast. I have one complaint in that we gave up trying to find the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and got an Uber (R$ 40) because it was too stressful. The website gives instructions how to locate the bus which are just wrong. By following these instructions takes you to the middle of a car park, but in fact there is a pick up area for the hotel buses at the airport. I tried to use the WhatsApp to ask for help but this was only to a central sales centre not the hotel. They gave a number to the hotel reception but it didn't work for us. The chain needs to update the instructions on the website to make it easier.

Excellent stay! Good service, good price, nice rooms, very nice breakfast and wonderful staff! + We stayed in Hotel Bristol on 10th November 2025, as we arrived at night at Guarilhos. The service is excellent. We didn't use their free bus from the airport, as we had a rental car. It is so nice to stop at the hotel, had the hotel personnel take care of the car and the luggage, and went through the easy check-in process. We csn highly recommend the restaurant, wonderfull dishes for very nice prices! The bar in the lobby was excellent as well. The barkeeper made a special lemon/honey drink for my wife, who was suffering from a cold. The room was of a nice dize, with a grandiose bed, supplied with six pillows. Breakfast was very nice too, in a corner was a lady making special omelettes or fried eggs for us. Delicious! We'll be back here for sure!

My preferred hotel in Guarulhos + Big modern hotel with very clean, quiet and spacious rooms, and a restaurant that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to the airport with airport transfer service. Good value for the money.
