    Disappointing for a 4 stars + The wellness area and the quality of the massage. − General maintenance of the premises, poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel, no AC in the room in summer time…

    + Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Burganlage. Bett war sehr bequem, Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, Frühstück war in Ordnung. − Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr grimmig und lustlos und starren einen wirklich böse an. Durch einen Stromausfall konnte der Spabereich nicht richtig arbeiten, das stand aber nicht in ihrer Macht. Auf dem Weg zu unserem Zimmer stand mittig ein Mitarbeiter an einer Leiter, der sichtbar genervt war, dass wir da durch mussten und auch nicht bereit war, ein wenig Platz zu machen. Da können die Gäste dann schon mal durch die Palme pflügen.... Der Service im Biergarten ist zwischen nicht vorhanden und unterirdisch. Auch hier alles sehr hellhörig
