Nice budget hotel in deserted business area. + Very good value for money. Big room, all worked well. Building is old but that's no problem. Good city view from 4th floor. Room had fridge, kettle, coffee. − Only local TV3 on TV Aircon old and very cold Ar evening a deserted commercial area, but a few restaurants nearby and convenience shop until 10 pm. Many stray dogs in the area, but this is a big problem in many parts of Malaysia.
