Good stay + The surrounding was clean and the receptionists were professional and friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy as breeze. Breakfast were good. Overall ambience was warm. − Rooms were dusty. The receptionist at the massage parlor was rude when we were enquiring the price for massage. Such a spoil and had to change my mind just because of the staff.

Regret to book this hotel + I’d like to share some concerns about the swimming pool. The pool is not clean, as children have dirtied the water, and it is also very small, which makes swimming difficult. Could you please look into cleaning and maintenance, and consider improvements to the pool size or capacity? − Everything
