An idyllic stay at a comfy resort in the mountains! + Our room and covered terrace were fabulous for enjoying the mountain scenery. The staff were warm and welcoming. The golf concierge and course were excellent. − Our bathroom door wouldn't close, and maintenance came to try to fix it, but it got stuck again. Needs to be replaced.

ممتاز الابعد الحدود + فوق الممتاز ومكان جمييييييل جدا جدا والاطلاله والجو ودرجه الحراره في الصباح 21 وفي الليل 14 والموظفين جدا رائعين ومتعاونيين والاطلاله على نادي القولف جدا جميله وايضا يوجد نشاطات للاطفال واهتمام جدا ممتاز والذهاب الى الغرفه لحاله رحله ممتعه بسياره القولف − لا يوجد شي يذكر غير انه الفطور الصباحي لا يوجد به خيارات كثيره للعرب ولكن تعاون الموظفين جدا ممتاز لتلبيت اي طلب اخر

Great stay and game of golf. + Lovely, peaceful property and a great golf course. Room was good value, clean and had a lovely garden view. Enjoyed our breakfast and had a very nice evening meal in the restaurant. Definitely recommend staying a night if you are coming for golf. Plenty to see in the surrounding area.

ゴルフには便利です。 + ゴルフ場の中なので、ゴルフには良い。 高原なので涼しかった。 − 宿泊者にゴルフ予約が値打ちなのか？案内を探せなかった。 洗面器の配管下からドブの臭いがした。 2回ゴルフマッサージしてもらったが、コリを解したりストレッチしてくれるようなマッサージを希望したかった。 泊まっている間に、割れ門チャンギーブンタールの写真を 撮りに連れて行ってくれると嬉しい。 来年はランクが上の部屋を予約したい。

The poor hygiene and unsanitary conditions in the restaurant completely ruined our stay. + The location. The natural surroundings and scenery are beautiful. − Everything could have been fine if it were not for the restaurant and the poor overall maintenance of the resort, which completely ruined our stay at Handara Golf & Resort Bali. What is especially disappointing is that management has been replying to negative reviews for more than a year with the same standard message promising improvements. However, judging by the reviews and our own experience, nothing has changed. I strongly recommend that management watch the videos posted by previous guests showing rats in the restaurant. These are not just written complaints but visual evidence of a long-standing hygiene problem. Guests on Booking.com have repeatedly reported poor sanitation, rats, extremely slow service and low food quality.
