Fantastisch resort, met liefste personeel, absolute aanrader!! + Fantastische, fijne accommodatie met de liefste mensen. Personeel zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam (kregen bv proactief gember thee van de GM aangeboden op de kamer toen mijn dochter Bali Belly had, wilden arts voor ons bellen, etc). We wilden graag Balinees leren waarmee de dames in het restaurant hielpen (bv Sumitri als ik me haar naam goed herinner en een andere lieve serveerster ook). Dewa stond voor ons klaar en was altijd vriendelijk. Leuke dinner show bij gewoond met uitgebreid en lekker lopend buffet, het complex zelf is prachtig, de zwembaden heerlijk, we kregen een upgrade naar de suite, bedden lagen heerlijk, fietsen konden we lenen, shuttle service nr Ubud, afternoon tea en bv de yoga, ricefield trekking en offertjes maken was leuk, eten in restaurant was ook echt heel lekker, etc. Het allerfijnste verblijf wat we op Bali hadden en zou iedereen 100% aanraden hier heen te gaan. − Helemaal niets! The resort was a large area but lots of space for gardens and jungle so still felt intimate. Staff were relaxed, friendly and attentive. Infinity pool was amazing and great daily breakfast with good coffee options. Also enjoyed some lovely spa massages. Rooms were large and very clean! − Nothing!

Une parenthèse enchantée au Wapa di Ume + Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique au Wapa di Ume de Ubud. Notre objectif était de combiner le farniente à l'hôtel et les visites culturelles et nous avons fait le bon choix. L'hôtel est à 10 mn du centre mais c'est un havre de paix avec un parc dans la nature qui est époustouflant. On y trouve plusieurs espaces, et personnellement nous avons préféré être logés dans la partie près de la piscine lounge. Chambres immenses et ouvertes sur la jungle et la rivière, avec le bruit de l'eau et des oiseaux. Nous avons apprécié la quiétude des lieux et, au-delà, la gentillesse et dévouement de toute l'équipe. Je ne peux pas tous les citer mais que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou dans les chambres, le service est juste parfait. Le cours de yoga proposé gratuitement tous les matins à 7h est aussi très sympa et le prof très professionnel. La nourriture est bonne, petit déjeuner très fourni et frais. Ambiance paisible aussi le soir pour le dîn…

Amazing relaxing experience + - Amenities and rooms: this hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and comfortable. The pool is small but great. All the spaces are enjoyable and have a great view. The bathrooms are also spacious. - Staff: kind and helpful. - Experience: calm and relaxing. We had a great time. I wish we could stay longer! − - Restaurant: the breakfast was good but dinner wasn’t our favourite.

Magical throughout + - Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but a very short drive to central ubud (regular free shuttle offered but also taxis are very easy) - incredibly beautiful and lush gardens everywhere - so nice to be surrounded by such beauty everywhere you look - incredibly kind and attentive stuff - they were very flexible with check in and super helpful throughout - top notch breakfast and staff in the restaurant were super nice - we have a 4-year old who has narrow food preferences - and the restaurant adjusted their regular meals for us - the rooms were very beautiful. We had a villa and suite for our family, both were wonderful and comfortable - a beautiful infinity pool − I liked everything. The property is divided in two parts, we were in the more distant area - it is a bit of a walk to reception/ breakfast. Fine for us to walk through the beautiful gardens, but could be hard for people who are physically impaired.
