10/10! + Beautiful hotel very traditional vibe, Gardens and ponds all well looked after. Breakfast was fab with lots of choice shout out to the chef on the egg station always smiley and talkative 😊 pool bar good drinks options/ happy hour and yummy food. All of the staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel situated across the road from the beach and a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants so lots to do! Would 100% visit again 😊!

Good value for money + We stayed for 4 weeks in a villa, and the hotel was fine. The breakfast was varied enough that we didn't get bored. As well as breakfast we had a couple of evening meals there including a very pleasant Loy Krathong evening which included Thai Dancers, a Staff Show and live music before floating the Krathongs we made that afternoon. There are 2 bbq/buffet evenings per week which we didn't attend but looked nice. Drinks reasonably priced normally and the same as external bars during happy hours (2-3, 6:30-7:30, 9-10). Restaurant manager and staff hard working, friendly and attentive. All the Receptionists were helpful and I normally dealt with Bee, Opal, Ice, Kaem and Thicha. The rooms are old but fine and everything worked with plenty of hot water, enough to successfully have an outside bath. Both indoor and outdoor showers. Large wardrobe but we would have liked more shelf/drawer space, we are in Thailand for 2 months so probably OK if staying 2-3 weeks.The o…

A great hotel away from the hustle, with a nice small village vibe + We spent 2 weeks in Thailand and this is the only hotel I wanted to leave a review for. The hotel is in a nice area that's in a quiet area but just a few minutes walk from the town strip, the beach is just opposite the hotel so you couldn't ask for more in that respect. The hotel itself has many ponds, bushes, trees all which encourage wildlife which gives this hotel a natural more authentic vibe and you can listen to the birds every morning. The room was nice although we did have an issue with the hot water, in that it was very very hot that we had to run the bath at the same time as the shower to lower the temperature. The 1st night was also slightly annoying due to the family below us being heavy smokers and the smell drifted into our room even with the doors closed. Great spa experience in Khao Lak + I had a very relaxing spa experience at Khaolak Bhandari Resort and Spa. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, and the staff were professional and friendly. Great hotel, near beach and the town + Just back from this fabulous hotel, The hotel is just across the road from the beach and a short walk to the local shops and restaurants Access to your room is from 2pm, so if your flight arrives early, then there is some hanging around Our room 120, was a detached bungalow, very spacious, clean with twin beds. Air conditioning, which is needed, a nice shower room and as we discovered on Day 2, an outside plunge pool We were half board, so breakfasts were plentiful and really good. Dinners were delicious and plenty of choice. Staff throughout the hotel were superb. Always smiling and helpful. Plenty of choice in the food Plenty of tourist information in the hotel lobby, but a taxi rank, 100 yards from hotel and they are cheap. Hotel has a pricey Spa, noisy with children around the large pool, only downside Overall a great hotel, well laid out, and superb staff

First impressions are excellent + Arrived early to a lovely surprise of an upgrade room courtesy of the lovely Bee and Opal. The grounds and pool areas are lovely. Had lunch in the outdoor bar. Excellent value for money.

A little slice of paradise + From the moment we arrived the hospitality has blown us away. This was a well earned break to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The hotel promptly and without asking upgraded us to one of the beautiful bungalows. To be fair all of the accommodation on site looks amazing but a nice touch nonetheless. The resort blends so well with the surroundings with gorgeous and sympathetic touches throughout. Breakfast etc is plentiful and good quality, particularly for the Thai choices. Beach is seconds away and local shops and restaurants are minutes away. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Beautiful, relaxing hotel. + This was the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel in six years, just as good as we remembered it. Such a relaxing experience, lovely surroundings, beautiful pool area and great rooms which are very comfortable and clean. Nice Spa, good treatments + Well appointed spa in resort complex. We booked 3 treatments, mine was a 60 min back/neck/shoulder and ended up being given a full body. Treatments overall were good, but we (3 customers) would say they weren't the best treatments we'd had while in Thailand.

A relaxing stay in a lovely spot + We stayed for 3 weeks at the Bhandari in one of the bungalows and we had a wonderful holiday. The bungalow was spacious and very comfortable with everything you could need. Our room was cleaned regularly and felt very homely whilst being, to us authentic Thai in style. We loved our room with only one small issue, we found the positioning of the safe made it difficult to use. We had breakfast in the hotel and in the 3 weeks we stayed we didn’t get bored with the selection of food. Our daily omelette cooked to order was lovely, the breads fresh and little cakes excellent. All of the restaurant staff are wonderful and work very hard. All the staff worked hard and were friendly and cheerful whenever you met them. Reception were very helpful, the bar staff very friendly (although the pool bar wasn’t open as late as advertised) in fact every member of staff we met helped us when we needed it. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!! + I went here with my sisters and dad, the location itself is wonderful, a quick 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk up to the highstreet to go exploring! The resort itself is honestly beautiful full of greenery, a lush pool for both adults and children. A delicious selection of food from the restaurant they house and breakfast options from their morning buffet!! I personally really loved their spring rolls. The staff here were extraordinary, from first arriving and being welcomed with big smiles from Kiwan and Siddy from the lobby where they treated us and our luggage with great care, always lending us a helping hand. The staff were efficient and hard working, constantly on the mark to keep us happy and refreshed. Overall it was a lovely quiet and relaxing place to spend with my family soaking up the sun after a day of exploring Thailand!

wonderful tranquil place + this was the 2nd time i stayed at Bhandari . Love the area it is . just over the quiet road is the unspoilt beach . The Hotel consists of Thai style Bungalows and a few blocks of rooms . Every room has beautiful teak furniture . a balcony and a bathroom with not only shower but also a bath . Every morning your woken with bird song , No traffic sounds . You can walk easily to the main street of Khaolak where there is lots of good eateries and shops . also a short taxi ride [costing 200 bht ]away is the massive Night market where you can buy all your gifts for home . Only thing i would say is if your not good on your feet the hotel has lots of steps. The Staff are so good ! so polite . always stop and say a greeting . There are 2 pools one where families can have fun & also a quiet adult only pool where you can chill .

Not the best + Location about 10 minutes from main strip Bhandari resort and spa is traditional Thailand resort very friendly staff It is make mostly from wood and a lot of plants and trees so did get bit by mosquitoes a lot I would say the hotels needs quite a bit of work done to it in the swimming pool there are tiles coming of the bottom and the tiles around the edge are sharp , the rooms are spacious but the cleaning needs to improve I reported dead insects by the toilet I think they were cockroaches it took them 3 days to remove them but all they did was mop the floor and I found them in all different parts of the bathroom so in the end I picked them up and deposed of them myself Breakfast wasn’t that good apart from the main chief he was lovely and got my eggs stop on and he greeted everyone Two coffee machines one u could only get black coffee from and the other one broke on our second day and still wasn’t fixed 5 days later when we left The area khoa lak was lovely and peac…
