    + ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד ומגוונת עם כל התוספות והאפשרויות שיש להציע לארוחת בוקר. מבחינתי היא מצויינת 10.מלון ברמה טובה מאוד המיקום קצת בעייתי כי צריך להשתמש במוניות בשביל להגיע לכל מקום. המלון דואג לעשות פעילויות בלובי לרווחת האורחים . כל הזמן הצוות דואג לאורחים .צוות הניקיון מעולה

    Share my experience + I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern when I reported that a personal belonging, I had left in my room had gone missing. Instead of taking the matter seriously or conducting a proper investigation, the hotel dismissed my concerns and failed to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution. I even filed a police report because of the incident, yet the hotel still refused to take responsibility or cooperate in a satisfactory manner. This was not my first visit to Bangkok, and I have stayed at many hotels here before. I have never experienced anything like this, which made this stay especially disappointing. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings are safe and expect the hotel to respond professionally when a serious incident occurs. Unfortunately, my experience showed a lack of accountability and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
