It was a return visit because the memories from before have always stayed with me. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt the same warmth as always. Superb Thai service and luxury. + We just completed our fifth or sixth stay at RWS, and already look forward to our next stay. We have enjoyed many luxury holidays but no hotel provides the same level of service quality, refreshed accommodation and personal charm. The large free-form pool is the finest we have experienced. The rooms and exterior have been repainted, the rugs renewed in a different palette but most importantly the RWS team remain the same. Highly Recommend + We recently spent 3 nights at the Royal Wings Suites and had the most excellent experience. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful views, a relaxing pool area and outstanding food. The service was second to none - every staff member made us feel cared for and comfortable. Peter looked after us during breakfast and lunch, while Tassanee ensured our sunbeds were ready for us each morning when we arrived at the pool, and our drinks were on hand whenever we wanted them. Shout-outs too for Nathakan & Atthiphan, who also provided impeccable service. The manager, Thibault regularly checked to ensure we had everything we required and were enjoying our stay. The hotel is perfectly located - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, yet close enough to easily explore. I would wholeheartedly recommend Royal Wings for a luxurious, relaxing stay, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff for making this an unforgettable experience.

The best of the best いつも最高最上級 + It was our 18th stay since 2011. We always spend the happiest time at the Royal Wing. Everything perfectly welcomes us back to our another home. Everybody remembers us as well as our preferences for the suite, poolside bed, breakfast menu and so on. We don't need to tell our likes upon each stay. This time, we spent 8 nights there. But it's still not enough. We want to live there. A stay for 3 or 4 nights is too short to enjoy the ultimate service fully. Most of the time during our stay, we stayed by the poolside or in the suite, including at dinner time. We didn't want to leave the resort for amusements and meals. We want to stay in the Royal Wing as much as possible. It will be a year until our next stay. This is our biggest problem in our life. We wish we could live there. The only one issue is the strong Thai Baht. The price of the suite hasn't changed since 2011, but Thai Baht became twice against Japanese yen^^;

What we do know is that our 6 year old daughter has already been here four times and keeps asking when we are coming back. That says it all. Every visit feels like coming home. From the moment you arrive, the entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, valued and completely at ease. The beautiful pool area, with pool butlers providing exceptional service, is pure relaxation. The à la carte breakfast is something we look forward to every single morning and remains one of the highlights of every stay. The rooms are spacious, practical, elegant and incredibly comfortable. A great stay for young families. Amazingly friendly and competent. + We have been to the Royal Wing at Royal Cliffs a number of times. It is located on a peninsular seaway from Pattaya and so very family friendly. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and the staff absolutely great. Service and interaction probably the best I have experienced. We love the facilities (lots of pools, sports etc) with enough restaurants on site to enable us to feed our girls (3,6) without travelling. A full and positive recommendation.

5-STAR PERFECTION, LUXURY AT IT'S BEST. + Having recently stayed with my family at the Royal Wing Suites & Spa Hotel in Pattaya, I would like to highly recommend this 5-star luxury hotel to everyone. I have been fortunate enough in my life to have stayed at many luxury hotels in Thailand over the years. However, I can honestly say that this hotel, in my opinion, goes above and beyond the call of duty to look after their guests. The attention to detail from the staff to make sure that their guests have a wonderful time & experience while staying at the hotel is truly unbelievable. The rooms are spotlessly clean. the food is delicious and the facilities at the hotel are excellent. It's clear to see that ALL the staff that work at the Royal Wing Suites & Spa Hotel are extremely happy to work there, and this, in turn, is passed down onto their guests.
