+ Staff was very rude- they also want to keep your passport which I refused to do- area is quite shady with a lot of randos just sitting on the street although the area is clean and safe but just gives a weird feel

Disgusting + It's a worst experience. We have to wait half an hour to book room at entrance and once we enter room there is heavy water comes out from ac when I switched it on. And when we are inside technician comes and repairing. When I call to inform at reception he says I can cancell it now. What kind of response is this. Redicules service.

Disgusting & rotten. + Disgusting. Not recommended under any circumstances. No room & bathroom cleaning. Under a week only once they change the towels. Using the very same bed sheets. I’m a frequent traveller but never saw like this. This place is literally rotten. Watch my pictures!

Avoid Boonmax Hotel L. L. C at all cost. + Disgusting. Not recommended at all. Under and I'll mannered staff. Room & bathroom cleaning once every three days only. Lived for two weeks only once they change the towels. Bath tube and sink are blocked. Using the very same bed sheets and torn from many places. If room service is ordered then everything served on paper plates and with plastic spoons. The owner himself have instructed not to provide glass plates and metal spoons. Room walls are covered in dampness. I’m a frequent traveller to Dubai but never saw anything like this. This place is literally rotten. Watch my pictures!

DESASTER HOTEL + While booking online , it looks so nice However once you reach reception The desaster starts from here: First : The time i faced i reception , the indian receptionist , didn't welcome me at all , he didn't say anything , check you cameras ,he is not good , looks rude The arabic lady , is respectful but the issue they let me waited for 5 min maybe and they are talking about their work and they forgot my check-in , i was just nervous and nothing to say I don't and never advise this hotel Bathroom is very very dirty Dirty walls You can hear the neighbours from other rooms like in the street The bellboy upon check in went with me inside the room , he didn't want to go outisde , until i opened the door for him , this is like begging for tips , what is this!!!! My check-in was like in the street No respect , no importance to cutomers Where is the managment of this hotel!!!? Your staff needs training , they are talking about their issues and they leave customer…

MUST be AVOIDED + Dirty rooms , unprofessional staff , dampness and mould everywhere , must be avoided at all cost . You can get infected with serious illness just by entering these rooms. One of worst ever experiences . Not even deserved to be rated as one Star Hotel.

The security had the audacity to enter our room because he had a key and he’s excuse was we didn’t open when he knocked + The staff there were very unprofessional and unconcerned. The duty manager did seem interested to even solve the issue and one African big security man was loud and vulgar. The place is run by unqualified people. Book at your on risk . Poor service
