Ocerbooked + I never stayed here. Tired from a five hour drive I arrived to stand in the lobby with several others and we were told the hotel was overbooked and we did not have rooms.

This is NOT your typical hotel... + We were literally scared when we pulled onto the gravel road that lead to this hotel. The pictures posted on hotels.com can be very misleading. This is more of a 1 or 2 star hotel based on outside appearance. However, the inside of the hotel is not as bad, a little dirty, but tolerable. The room was actually fairly nice, but there is no room service each day. If you want new/clean towels, or if you run out of toilet paper, you need to ask for them. It appeared that the rooms might have been recently remodeled. However, the hall way carpet outside of the room was horribly dirty, needed vacuumed badly and outside of the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I took some pictures of the surrounding area so that future customers can get a honest and fair assessment of what the place looks like and I will attach them to this review. In the end, I wish we had paid more for a much nicer place. I paid about $102 (US) or 376 (AED) for two nights and we …

1 night + An Ok hotel if you need to stay somewhere for the night. There was a party close by (or in the hotel) so we didn't get to sleep much but the hotel is quite clean. Basic and nothing special

Too bad!! + Staff held us up at reception during check-out for good 15min to inspect the room. Wish they spent that time to listen to our problems during the stay when we complained about a choked overflowing WC. They gave the room next to the Exec suite which was vacated by some guest little while ago and was not cleaned. Seriously how can they do that during these Covid times.

Worst staff worst experience. + No rooms were available or ready upon check-in. Waited 5 hours outside hotel parking with direct sun light. Poor management. After 5 hours wait still they say we don't have any room ready yet. Had to go elsewhere to find the room. Just waisted my time and booking. Worst ever experience.

Quick stay + The room was large, as was the bathroom, but the living room couch was very stained and the walls had a lot of water damage. The television in the bedroom didn't work and the noise from the clubs downstairs was audible on the 4th floor. There is no designated parking- we parked in a dirt lot out front.
