+ The property has a nightclub on the 14th floor open 6 days a week till 330am. The noise from this, loud music, affects the rooms beneath making it impossible to sleep. It’s astonishing these rooms are for sale as bedrooms. Terrible place. Avoid unless you don’t want to sleep.

Performance was better than expected + Excellent Value. I was able to check-in at 12:00. The staff were friendly for the most part and professional. The room was a good size with all the necessary amenities plus some added perks. Shampoo, bath gel, body lotion, combs, shower caps and soaps etc. were all provided. The TV was an excellent size and there was a fridge, hairdryer, and plenty of clothes hangars. The window view was also good. The hotel had a positive feeling overall. Would recommend 100%

Stay was good and peaceful + Stay was good and peaceful, however there are some furniture inside the room which need some serious attention it really affects the appearance of the room and that's the only reason i given average rating, rest everting was good and well.

My stay + The hotel was nice but I was charged with a cleaning fee for the room which I have never experienced before in other hotels. Would not come back here again. But I do love the ambiance of the hotel....

Above expectations + Everything in our stay was excellent and above expectations. Continental breakfast was extra special because the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our night at the Club however the drinks are pricey. I don't like the smell of the room maybe because of the carpet but everything was okay and exceptional. We will definitely come back!

Great place to stay. Home away from home. + I booked this property for my guest and she loves it! She loves how the staff recognized and remembered her when the second she approached the counter to check inn. She bragged about how clean and smell good, the property was; and they provide free water. My guest asked me to book the same hotel for her in the future. I booked so many hotels for her in the past and she was not happy. Only at Villagio she was happy with the property, how friendly the staffs are, and the cleanliness. From my guest feedback, I highly recommend this hotel property.

Poor Value for Money + Too low value for money, exaggerated prices due to ADIPEC. Limited breakfast menu. No vegetarian options, no fresh juices, only one cereal. Too small pool and gym. No glasses in the room However, service was excellent, hotel staff is very friendly and polite.

Clean place but not enough hot water + The place is clean and staff friendly. The only issue we have is with hot water. There is not enough hot water supply. During a shower, it was hot at the beginning but quickly turns only to warm in middle of it. It is not comfortable taking a shower like that.

Expensive, not very good. + The receptionist was very nice and helped me with my dentist appointment. The rooms should be refurbished soon. The location is fine. In the restaurant they had four different salads in the menu. Only the Arabic salad was available. It was terrible. There are two clubs upstairs. Similar clubs are everywhere, even in a deep jungles in Papua New Guinea.

Almost perfect. + Good location for public transport. Excellent hotel but with shower that floods the bathroom. Seems to be no restriction on smoking beside enclosed swimming pool.
