+ Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich in Ordnung, wenn auch der Science Park praktisch noch ein gewaltiges Neunaugebiet ist. Das Hotel war an Weihnachten mit dem Ansturm etwas überfordert, das merkte man vor allem im Frühstücksraum. Was gar nicht funktionierte, war die Abstimmung zwischen Expedia und Hotel. Wir hatten auf Expedia einen Aufenthalt vom 21. - 30. Dezember genucht, das Hotel war erst an dem 22.ten gebucht. Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht an und hatten kein Zimmer, morgens kein Frühstück. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer 17-jährigen Tochter. Expedia hatte ein Kind eingebucht, im Hotel sind Kinder maximal 12. Deshalb sollten wir zum Beispiel beim Frühstück nachzahlen. + Light of the bed was not working and usb plugin in the desk too. Rumors by man at work into the hotel during the night and I had to cal 3 time in order to get silence because I couldn’t sleep. The apologies from hotel the day after with a cask of fruit is not enough for the inconvenient.

+ Lovely hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus to get to various locations in Dubai is an excellent service. The hotel is near where my family live in Dubai so location for me was perfect. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was very good.
