Honest Review + Not a 5 star hotel for me. − The sofa in our room was notably unclean. We were assigned a smoking room despite having informed the hotel of our infant's presence, which was particularly disappointing. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, and the service was slow. Furthermore, the food quality was merely average. There were no tissues in the bathroom, and we had to request towels due to their unavailability in the room, which also had a musky odor.

Unpleasant stay + The hotel has a great location that is easy to find, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Although the swimming pool is relatively small, it is adequate, especially since the hotel offers direct beach access. − Unfortunately, the condition of the property does not reflect a five-star standard. The beach towels were extremely old, faded, and appeared to have been in use for many years. The room furnishings were outdated and poorly maintained. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, there were visible cigarette burn marks on the sofa and flooring, which was disappointing. The biggest concern was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, and I experienced what appeared to be bed bug bites all over my body. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly, which significantly affected my stay. Based on my experience, I would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend …

Best staycation + Firstly i want to thank receptionist lady ms ayesha for such warm welcome with beautiful smile Room was spacious , beach area was clean , comfortable stay in the hotel. Restaurant food was amazing and delicious i really enjoyed it and i like the staff coordination. They are getting their hotel renovation hopefully next time i will visit again so i can have a more comfortable stay 😊 I totally enjoyed the hotel − Nothing
