Nice hotel with great location + Location is great and staff is very courteous n prompt to make ur stay comfortable − The rooms are not as per the photos on booking. Com. They were clicked when it was new and property is grown old. Rooms are clean though. you actually pay for the location. prices could have been less

Was good − I had to take a towel to clean up my make which got spilled in the bathroom. They charged me for that towel $10. It’s not about money but there is no understanding for these kind of situation. I really felt so upset

It was perfect for our purpose! Located in the old quarter with everything in walking distance! Clean and good breakfast + It’s a prime location close to everything in walking distance. Nice breakfast as well − Our rooms didn’t have windows

Great stay ! + Very close to night market, Saint Joseph cathedral church and lake. We were able to walk to these places. The breakfast was amazing. We liked authentic and tasty croissants and fried fish. They had options for vegetarians guests also. − Since the property is in old quarter, you might have to walk on road and sometimes you get to walk on sidewalks which might be blocked but still it is easily walkable.

It's a cozy, quiet hotel; where it is pleasant to be, there is an opportunity to rest and relax; we slept well. Spacious rooms with everything you need are very clean. Excellent service and friendly staff. Considering the location, room size, amenities, and level of service, I think it's a good value. − None

Will come back + Brilliant hotel in the middle of the old quarter. My partner and I felt like royalty the entire time. The rooms were immaculate & very clean. There is also a buffet breakfast and restaurant with Vietnamese and Western food. Special shout out to Hana and Tim at the front desk, super helpful and always so happy.

Great stay in Hanoi + Highly recommend this hotel. Very convenient location in the old quarter of Hanoi with walking distance to Hoàn Kiem lake. And staffs there are very friendly, provide incredible service. The room is spacious, well maintained and the food is great. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Hanoi − None

Compared with other hotels in the Old Quarter, I would not rank this among the best in its category. I think the custome + The best thing about the hotel is the room. It is small but very well designed. The housekeeping staff are very efficient, and the hotel is generally clean. − The website states that breakfast is included, but when you arrive at the hotel, they tell you that your room does not include breakfast, once you payed for It, If you go to breakfast after 8:30 a.m., almost everything is gone and they do not replenish the food. For à la carte service, you have to go and ask at the front desk or figure it out yourself, since there are no waiters outside attending to guests.
