− Cơ sở vật chất đã cũ, xuống cấp hỏng hóc nhiều, đặt 3 phòng bungalow thì 1 phòng còn nguyên BCS từ khách trước, phòng tắm thì bẩn, bị tắc nhà vệ sinh, 1 phòng hỏng vòi nước tắm. Bữa ăn sáng thì ít món và không ngon.

excellent hotel and great breakfast + We stayed in four different accommodations during our visit (one family room, two family bungalows, and one single bungalow) because there wasn't a single bungalow available for our entire stay. The facilities in the bungalows are a little dated, but the owner was always very prompt in fixing any issues we encountered. Fortunately, none of them were major. The hotel was quiet, and the location was excellent. It has direct access to the beach, and there are plenty of local eateries and the King Kong Supermarket within a 10-minute walk. The breakfast was excellent throughout our 11-day stay. It was simple but offered a good variety of dishes that changed from day to day. We especially enjoyed the local food options. The restaurant also has a fantastic beachfront setting, making breakfast even more enjoyable. The only area the hotel should consider upgrading is the hot water system. Awful. + The food was actually quite nice, we had dinner. But we checked out immediately the next morning without having the breakfast because we were so disappointed with the facilites. They look nothing like the pictures advertised. − The pictures advertised on booking.com are not representative at all of the facilities. The swimming pool for example, is in the car park, surrounded by scaffolding, not beautiful white wash buildings and palm trees. False advertising. No privacy between the bungalows. I had a sea view but couldn't sit outside on my balcony to enjoy the view, because two Indian men were sat outside on their balcony drinking beers so close to mine, and I had no privacy. It would be good if there was a partition or blind that could be rolled down to allow privacy. It wasn't ideal to be there with 2 young children and have that set up. It was raining and so stayed in our room with the curtains closed, which was a complete waste of time and money being at such a place.

+ La úbicación es cómoda por qué estás cerca de un sitio céntrico con restaurantes y tiendas pero te mantienes alejado de la zona de máximo ruido − Estuvimos 1 día sin luz y nos dijeron que tenían generadores los cuales no enchufaron. La cocinera se fue durante la hora del desayuno, y los camareros han sido poco resolutivos (por ejemplo, nos dijeron que no nos podían hacer pancakes porque la cocinera estaba haciendo la compra, un poco raro que haga la compra en horario de desayuno) Las tumbonas están todas rotas. La piscina es pequeña y antigua, no se corresponde a las fotos. Tiene playa privada pero es imposible bañarse y está un poco sucia.

− Agosto 2026 • Visitatore dall’Italia Più semplice di quanto mostrino le foto A nostro parere, il Nhat Lan Resort è ben lontano da quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un vero resort. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera sopra l’ingresso, molto spaziosa, ma raggiungibile solo tramite le scale, in quanto non è presente l’ascensore. Per raggiungere la spiaggia si passa davanti ai bungalow e la privacy non è il massimo, perché dall’esterno si riesce a vedere facilmente all’interno delle camere se le tende sono aperte. Anche la piscina è decisamente più piccola di quanto sembri nelle foto, probabilmente per l’utilizzo del grandangolo nelle immagini della struttura. I lettini da spiaggia sono fatiscenti e avrebbero bisogno di essere sostituiti. La colazione è a buffet. Nel complesso la struttura non ci ha fatto impazzire e, soprattutto dalle foto, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più.
