+ Das hilfsbereite Personal, saubere Bettwäsche, die Aussicht, sehr gutes Frühstück − Schwaches WiFi in das erste Zimmer, das sich verbessert hat, nachdem das Hotel unser Zimmer gewechselt hat. Das Hotel lag ziemlich fern von der Altstadt.

+ Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich, geduldig und zuvorkommend. Wenn man Wert auf eine schöne Stadtaussicht legt, dann ist dieses Hotel perfekt. Wir waren zufällig während dem Feuerwerk-Wettbewerb in dem Hotel. Man kann vom 15. Stockwerk, auf dem der Pool ist, das Feuerwerk größtenteils gut sehen. Man hat eine gute Sicht auf den Fluss und die Drachenbrücke. Der Lotte Mart ist ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt und zul Flughafen braucht man ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Es gab eine relative gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. − Die Zimmerböden waren schmutzig. Einmal mit weißen Socken im Zimmer hin und her gelaufen und die Sohlen war schwarz. Es gibt keine lokalen Restaurant oder Supermärkte in der nähren Umgebung, der Lotte Mart ist in Laufnähe.

over all, it's good service. staff are great and polite. + should add more variety. add juice, local deserts, and a little more local foods − maybe offer a different room if we stay a bit longerer

The only bad was room temperature! Staff were fantastic + Location a good size room − Air con wasn’t comfortable and unable to control from room despite there being a control pad. Rang reception but wasn’t altered at all. A very sticky night!
