+ Beautiful hotel. Value for money. Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Could have had more vegetarian options, though. The property is a stone throw away from the beach. Location is great as the hotel is within walking distance of Hon Chong. There are a couple of convenience stores, cafés etc just a few steps from the hotel. The pool is amazing, reaching a depth up to 1m70. There's a shallow end as well, for kids. I would recommend this hotel. I had a lovely stay.

Skip if looking for real 5 start service + Stayed 4 nights in suite with sofa partial sea view, have stayed at 5 other Muong Thanh's across Vietnam, this one had the most limited breakfast buffet items, while the room was clean the bed was a little dissapointing in terms of comfort and pillows were not comfortable (too stuffed). Limited interactions with staff apart from check in which was quick and checkout. Given the other options in town I wouldn't rebook.

+ No air conditioning in elevators which were always crowded and stopped on every floor most of the times. No air conditioning in hallways and breakfast rooms. Will not return to this hotel again.

+ We booked and paid for 4 nights but ended up leaving after 2. The lobby had a strong smell (like sewage) from the first night, and there was no air conditioning in the lobby, hallways or elevators, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom design was also quite unsafe—the shower was inside a high bathtub, and I had to climb in and out every time I needed to shower, which felt risky and inconvenient. Not recommended at all.
