+ 침대도 넓고 방도 넓고 공항도 가깝고 식당가도 가깝고 청결하면서 금액도 착한 좋은 시설입니다. − 세면대에서는 따뜻한물이 나왔지만 샤워기에서는 찬물만 나오는 점이 매우 아쉬웠어요

Unfair refund policy and dishonest, unprofessional service. + Nothing worth mentioning − Despite checking out 2 days early, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights. I was repeatedly sent back and forth between the hotel, Booking.com, and customer service instead of being given a clear answer, and was only told no refund at the moment of check-out.

The traffic situation is really difficult, making it hard to get anywhere. + The hotel is located near the airport; however, getting there involves some traffic congestion. The rooms are decent, but not comfortable enough for me. Overall, it was a great experience, but it's not really my style or my cup of tea. − The noise and traffic, but appreciate for the experience

OK for overnight near airport + Location close to the airport was the main reason for staying here. − Room # 503 - The bathroom floor flooded when having a shower as it drained under the sink (possibly blocked). Ants were nesting in the wall near the beside shelf and they swarmed my packet of open lollies. Balcony was actually a terrace shared with adjoining rooms.
