Lovely hotel disappointed with location + I will start by saying the hotel is lovely and clean, staff are friendly, food is good, rooms are authentic and comfortable, particularly loved the big bath! The spa is a short walk up the hill, unfortunately it’s not as lovely as the hotel, pool wasn’t very warm, the walls are covered in condensation which is causing mould. Shower areas not particularly clean. I had an amazing massage upstairs which was clean and no mould as it looked like it had been freshly painted. The real downside is location. Yes it’s not in the centre of chaotic Sapa it’s just up a little hill, it over looks the town literally on top of it, the noise from our room was awful. When you read up on this place it describes lake view, well that’s the lake in the town, we had that view from entrance and it’s not pleasant! View from room isn’t quite as bad, lovely gardens but you also have building work, awful run down hotels. There’s constant noise I had a quieter room in Ha…

I will return to BB Sa Pa Resort & Spa! + I love Sapa and I love BB Sapa Resort & Spa! The location is excellent, basically in the center of Sa Pa town. The rooms are nice, the food is very good, they have quality amenities, and the staff are very friendly. When I return to Sa Pa again I will definitely stay at BB Sa Pa Resort & Spa again!

Staff disciplinary issues + Loved the Hotel , its ambience and the room where we stayed. But to put my honest opinion here, please be careful with few staffs where they will try to squeeze money from you by putting different allegations on you. Like, if you give for laundry , they will misplace your one item and will tell you that you have not given. On the hindsight after this, they will tell you that you cannot wipe your make up or liner in towels after washing your face. And after getting confronted by the hotel management still they will never apologise to you for their misbehaviour. Lots and lots of attitudes they have, so though the hotel is definitely good still will not recommend to anyone coz of the arrogance of few staffs.

A wonderful place + An amazing stay in a lovely hotel. Perfect for our needs. The hotel is perfectly located just away from the busy centre of Sapa. All staff couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Sapa.

Nightclub ruins experience + The BB Sapa Resort is lovely during the day, but a loud night club starts up in the evening in a neighbouring building. The noise comes directly into the room when all you want to do is rest, particularly after the train or trekking. Seriously, if we wanted a nightclub we’d go to Hanoi, or Ibiza, not beautiful Sapa. So disappointed with this venue and experience.

Very nice & wonderful restaurant + Very nice hotel and a really excellent restaurant. The staff are excellent both at the reception and in the dining room. Laundry service was prompt and good. Breakfast was very good. The dining room staff actually set up a table for us in the sitting area because a big (and noisy) group were in the dining room when we went down for dinner. They absolutely went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. If we had a criticism the cutesy ‘make up room’ and ‘do not disturb’ sign gets blown in the wind and so our room didn’t get made up and the furniture for sitting in the room is very uncomfortable - otherwise we really enjoyed our stay! They double checked our room when we left for left behind items which we knew were none and found my bracelet a book and our flashlight! Thanks for the wonderful customer service!

Best service with love + I stayed at this Resort for 3 nights with my love, and we were truly impressed by this place. The room was clean, foods so delicious and the staff were very friendly—especially Mr. Thien, who helped us rent a great motorbike. My partner absolutely loved exploring Sapa by motorbike, especially one with a powerful engine (not just a regular motorbike). His enthusiasm made our trip an unforgettable experience. The resort also has a billiards table, and I had so much fun playing for the first time! I highly recommend this resort to my foreign friends when they visit Sapa. Once again, thank you so much, Sapa Mountain Resort, for making our trip so sweet and truly amazing.

+ I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly. One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. However, if you type either names into Google Map, it'll return a location marker with the name "Sapa Mountain Resort, Affiliated by Melia", leaving you to wonder if that is indeed the same place. It is.

A hidden gem for sure! + An absolutely hidden gem hotel under the local native deco. No fancy environment which makes you feels where you belong to. Great GM introduction & Mr Duo outstanding customer service makes us feels warm welcoming. Hope we come back soon & see you guys again! Bravo to Melia Sapa team!!!

Huge rooms, feels like home + One of the best resorts in Sapa. The location and the hike that entails may be challenging at first, but if you have fansipan on your itinerary, it's just a piece of cake. I stayed there with my family and it was a pleasurable stay accompanied by a breathtaking view, similar to Baguio City in the Philippines. The breakfast is nice and the staff are five out of five. It has a pool table and a children's play area. Room amenities are also nice but it could use more electric sockets for charging. Wished we had time to try the pool but maybe next time.

Highly recommended + Stayed for two nights as part of a tour. Lovely old hotel within walking distance town ( it is up a hill). Prices are reasonable. Buffet breakfast has a great selection. Clean , tidy however their best asset was their staff. Can’t speak highly enough . Highly recommend. The only thing I can say is that there are no lifts so if mobility is an issue ask about a ground floor suite.

+ The room itself was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, we rated our experience a 3 out of 5 due to several notable drawbacks: - Misleading Amenities: The Gym, Pool, and Spa were all under renovation and completely unavailable. Unfortunately, these amenities were still listed as active on Expedia, which felt misleading. When we brought this up with the front desk, they apologized but didn’t seem interested in updating the listing to reflect the current situation. - Noise Issues: The walls—both between rooms and facing outside—were extremely thin. We could hear everything. Interestingly, the room came with earplugs, suggesting this is a known issue. - Temperature Control Limitations: The air conditioning system is apparently controlled by wing. Guests had limited control, can only adjust the fan speed. We had to push a bit to get control over our room’s temperature, which felt unnecessarily complicated.

Under construction right now + This is not a good place to stay right now. Construction everywhere. No spa or services available. The room was nice. The minimal staff that were available were very nice but there were hardly any guests (and for good reason) free breakfast was good. Just kind of a strange place.
