+ Nice large room with modern bathroom and comfy bed. Girls on reception gave out flowers on international women's day which was very sweet. − Noise from the construction was very disruptive, there was no information on the listing prior to booking, just a sign in the lift after check in. They were often working well past midnight and started very early in the morning so it did really impact sleep and if there had been a prior warning we probably wouldn't have booked. Breakfast was basic, stale bread and limited vegetarian options.

Good hotel in quiet location + Hotel in quiet location with super confy beds, good AC and small rooftop terrace. Very friendly staff and okay breakfast. − The walls in my room where stained from previous guests and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Nothing really bad, but for the price it did not 100% meet my expectations.

For a 3 star hotel it was very good + Breakfast was good selection. Rooms were nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful − Cigarette butts on our balcony. Reception area needed an update and dusting

− 房間熱水不足，不到幾分鐘熱水就沒有了，還好胡志明天氣熱，但是因沒熱次雖有浴缸也無法泡澡; 房內沒有cable channel，有一台算小的螢幕，只能看Youtube and Neflix

+ Hotel tres sympa, la chambre parfaite et le personnel aux petits soins − Cela se discute mais peut-être un peu excentré du centre ville. On peut y aller à pied quand même 30 mn ou en Grab bien entendu.
