+ The King bed − That fact they intentionally put snack there and tell us not to EAT, obviously i didn't EAT, but now having to wait for INSPECTION when checking out is honestly uncalled for. I mean you already havey R300 so what now, DO INSPECTION after the client has left, some of us TIME is MONEY... Don't have time to wait for room inspection... Take your snacks away, give it as an AVAILABLE OPTION to people who wants to have snack...

Terrible check out − A terrible check out experience. On check out I was informed of a pink mark on the duvet cover. I was summoned back to the room from reception. In the room the housekeeper was extremely condescending and questioned me about the mark. I informed her that it was probably a lipstick mark. She informed me that she now has to wash the cover and that it would cost me R 250(which I paid) The whole experience felt like I was called back to the principal's office like a school child. I thought that they wash the linen anyway? Never have I experienced such a bad check out!!!!!! Won't be going back there.

Little work needed but it was value for money + Friendly Staff.....rooms are a nice size. Bedding was clean. − Curtains needed proper cleaning. TV a bit too small for the room.
