Очень хорошая сеть отелей. Впервые останавливался в Lotte. Всё очень понравилось. + Отличный персонал, прекрасный завтрак, ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНОЕ расположение.

− Мне не понравилось, что номер 326 очень был прокурен и запах держался пару дней, хотя в номере указанно, что не для курящих, так же в данном номер разорвана тюль. Так же в данном номере грузные стекла.
