+ Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in der Serena genossen, alle waren wirklich nett und haben sogar etwas Schönes für meinen Geburtstag vorbereitet, es war sehr nachdenklich. Besonderer Dank geht an Sandra an der Rezeption. Vielen Dank! − Der Concierge nach meinem Checkout war mit meinem Gepäck nicht hilfreich und schien zusammen mit der Sicherheit am Eingang schlecht gelaunt zu sein. Sie wollten sich nicht darum kümmern, mir mit meinem Gepäck zu helfen.

Heerlijk hotel + Service, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prachtig zwembad in tropische sfeer met waterval en veel groen. Minibar fruit en voldoende flessen drinkwater inbegrepen. Zakjes chips en voor het slapengaan een lekker chocolaatje op het nachtkastje. Details die je goed gevoel geven. Mooie sportschool met geschoolde trainers en een uitgebreid ontbijt. − Dat de koffie en thee op het tetras bijna €10,- was.
