Safe and comfortable. Friendly Staff. + Very safe, practical and comfortable place for starting an exploration of the area. Spontaneous tuktuk tour organized by staff member Gerard to go to the Kili park gate and coffee place :) − The entrance area feels very safe, but a bit like entering a bank vault (i.e. no garden, receptionist located behind iron bars). The road leading to the property is very rough - if possible choose the western approach via Kibosho Rd, not via Sokoine Ave.

It's a very good hotel by considering budget, cleanness, friendly staff. + The atmosphere in the hotel is very good. The staff are great and friendly. They are supportive and kind. Managing excursions were reasonably good. I found very good friends and kind people who are working in the hotel. I recommend this hotel who wants to go to Kilimanjaro or Moshi. − The location was a bit remote. I was expecting a closer location to the city.

+ The flexible check-in time was practical/useful. − the echoing reception hall with no windows was weird (i seemed to be the only guest checking in at a huge glass front); my ground floor room was loud from the kitchen staff preparing dinner.

Comfortable rooms offering Mountain views + Really liked staying at this hotel. It was comfortable and offers you a peaceful night sleep. Had a room with a balcony and if not cloudy would offer a view of Kilimanjaro. The staff were polite and friendly and went out of their way to serve you and be there for you. I especially liked talking to Gerald who was cheerful and friendly. The manager at the front desk was polite, respectful and a very decent person. There’s outdoor space and roof terrace with panoramic views. − Food can be slow as made to order. Having customers pre-order and be in their rooms whilst food is being prepared could be an option and something I may ask for if returning.

For the price we paid I guess it was ok but it did not feel like a hotel more like a guest house + The price was ok for the accommodation. Although it was overrated. It felt more like a guest house than a hotel − The toilet and the towels didn’t look clean

+ Food was good , location is down a "dirt road" which was kind of a shock coming in at night but the hotel itself was very nice.
