+ Danke Hana für die super Betreuung im Hotel, er ist sehr aufmerksam und versuchte gute Lösungen für unsere Anliegen zu finden. Das Essen war recht einfach aber überdurchschnittlich gut, die Lage super diekt am Sandstrand mit Liegen. − Die Hotelanlage entspricht leider eher einem 2-3 ☆ Hotel in Österreich und gehört renoviert (Häuser, Pool), v. A. der Sanitärbereich gehört saniert. Somit zu teuer für den gebotenen Standard.

Вторай раз точно не поеду. + Мягкие матрацы на лежаках. И размер номера. − Очень уставший отель , мах 3 звезды. Не дают зубные щетки и тапочек , очень плохой напор в кране. Сколы на плитке пола. Скрипучая кровать , шатается как на шарнирах.

Trés bien + Le personnel (animateur, serveuses etc..) est top !! Toujours souriant et à nos petits soins. Petit hôtel calme et familial donc si vous souhaitez la grande ambiance allez ailleurs. Les repas "buffet" sont simples mais variés et excellents ! Petit conseil: choisir une chambre autre que standard car elles sont vétustes et méritent un grand rafraichissement. Allez à la rencontre de la population au village d'à côté, à quelques minutes à pied, ça en vaut la peine ! Le cadre est magnifique et la marée ne gêne en rien car la piscine est super. − Une des 2 chambres réservées (standard) vraiment vétustes (surtout la salle de bain), filet d'eau à la douche, climatisation qui a rarement marché et générateur (en marche suite aux coupures électriques) juste à côté de la chambre... Un peu loin de tout, comptez plus d'une heure de route pour aller à vos excursions ou bien prenez des nuits à cet hôtel en "étape"pour vous reposer.

Strandhotel + Lage direkt am Strand, bei Flut schön zum Baden, wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf einen Bungalow in erster Strandlage, da das Hotel überbucht war. Das Essen war gut, ist aber im Vergleich zu unseren anderen 4 Hotels auf Sansibar abgefallen. − Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig, das Restaurant hat den Charme einer Kantine, die Restaurantterrasse ist schön gelegen. Was gar nicht geht: Das Hotel war überbucht und wir wurden die 1. Nacht im nebenan gelegenen Hotel untergebracht. Wir reisen wirklich viel ( pro Jahr 40 bis 50 Hotels), aber das ist uns noch nirgends auf der Welt passiert. Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 4* Hotel, es war im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Hotels am schlechtesten.

Nice rooms, sometimes noisy, low qual food + Nice clean rooms, nice pool, small hotel and not to many people − Hotel restaurant is not that good (Poor standard all inclusive style). Noisy backup generator located next to living quarters ( better location would be to relocate it to closer to the street / parking/ reception area)

A truly peaceful place with a beautiful location, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. + A truly beautiful place to stay, with a stunning beach and breathtaking sunsets. The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views, and the beds are very comfortable. The food is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a fantastic experience and would happily return. − The room cleaning, especially the bathroom, could have been better. There were also some persistent sellers on the beach, although not all of them.

Wonderful relaxing holidays + Mandarín resort has a wonderful location in the village, our room was in the first row by the sea so the view couldn't be better. Hanna and the personnel at the hotel are very kind, generous and service minded. The hotel is also super clean and cozy. − The internet gets weak sometimes

Amazing stay. Definitely recommended. + Amazing property & staff is so accommodative for any request. They have a great view of the sea right outside of the property. Food & drinks was also good. Overall it was a very wonderful stay experience. − Room interior could have been a bit better. One glass sliding door was not opening initially. But then they fixed it. But it seems little old.

Relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas + La ubicación. Una gran playa donde poder relajarse y pasear . Sin aglomeraciones. Un hotel muy cuidado, con mantenimiento permante. Recomendable, muchísimo mejor que la zona de Nungwi... La comida tipo bufet es ideal para elegir visualmente, y la cantidad adecuada.

Fair + Food is good. Location and facility is good. − Rooms are not properly checked. No water in Shower. TV is not working. Wifi which is very important is very poor signal. No table for laptop or study. lights are very dim. poor lighting.

+ ¡Estancia perfecta! ❤️ Todo el equipo es encantador y está siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Queremos agradecer especialmente la atención y amabilidad de los camareros, los cocineros, el dueño y, sobre todo, de Pascal. El día a día ha sido mucho más divertido y agradable gracias a sus conversaciones, su cercanía y las actividades que organizaba. Además, el resort ofrece cada noche un espectáculo o show diferente, lo que hace que las veladas sean aún más entretenidas. El hotel está muy limpio, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y, además, se encuentra en primera línea de playa. En todo momento nos hemos sentido muy seguras, cómodas y bien atendidas. El buffet no es especialmente grande, pero ofrece suficiente variedad y la comida está muy rica. También nos pareció un detalle estupendo que proporcionen toallas para disfrutar de la piscina. ¡Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia tan especial! Séjour excellent et agréable ! + Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mandarin Resort à Zanzibar. L’hôtel est très calme et offre une vue magnifique, avec une plage tout simplement superbe. La nourriture était bonne, variée et de qualité, avec notamment des jus de fruits vraiment délicieux. Le personnel a également largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable : le staff était très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Mention spéciale à l’animation, qui était excellente. Pascal était d’une gentillesse impressionnante, toujours souriant et très impliqué pour faire passer un bon moment aux clients. Un très bel hôtel pour profiter de Zanzibar dans un cadre calme et agréable. Nous recommandons vivement !
