Good value for money + Friendly staff. Great breakfast. AC unit worked wonderful. The bed was comfortable enough and shower has instant hot water. − Internet was patchy in the room and I couldn’t access the phone to call reception. The balcony door also didn’t lock securely but management assured they will fix it.

Fair + Cleanliness − The apartment though expensive - its not bed and breakfast, I was not happy that the reason they dont do bed breakfast is that you can cook ? I cant travel all the way to cook … didnt make sense to me

The shower water flow is bad. Also you wait 20 minutes for hot water. Mosquitoes in room. + Staff very friendly and helpful. Big rooms. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

My 4-day stay was comfortable and pleasant, the staff made up for everything that was little amiss! + I liked that the facility was well kept and tidy. I appreciated their shuttle service (especially from and to the airport) as well even though it was quite pricy around the city. The fact that they serve food and have a spa is a great addition too. The staff were absolutely wonderful (helpful and attentive) including the shuttle driver. − Having a sensitive sense of smell, I didn't like that the bathroom at the single rooms had a constant water/sewerage smell. However, the apartment bathrooms were fine. The hot water was also not warm at all. However, that didn't bother me much as the weather was lovely and didn't necessarily require warm water.

To be honest this place was excellent to me the staff are amazing, very helpful. + The breakfast was okay and the location was brilliant, you can go anywhere at anytime very safe − I love the hotel room very clean, staff very friendly, the food was so delicious 😋
