+ Modern. Clean. Central. Large rooms. Range of tv channels. Staff friendly. Reported banking noise above room which reception stated that they would investigate but no response after this. Noise heard again the same night and the next morning. It did disturb sleep. On check out, manager asked after our stay and when informed, stated that it was the kitchen as the hotel has a rooftop restaurant. Apologised and asked if there was anything that he could. I would definitely stay again but not in 1307.

Beautiful view + We stayed there twice, before and after our safari. The first night was wonderful, the view and the room on 14th floor. The second stay started worse, I had booked and payed for a deluxe room and got something else. After complaining I got a better room after some waiting. But this room had more noice from traffic and a bar in the neighborhood.

+ Staff was absolutely excellent from the young door man to check in staff and Bona Vista restaurant and bar. Very reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. Included breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Plenty of hot water. Strong shower. All inquiries or issues annswered / resolved very quickly. As in only one bath towel - 2nd delivered in under 3 minutes. A long drive to Kilimanjaro. Probably 3 hours.

+ This was perfect for our one night in Arusha after our safari ended. The room was huge and comfortable. The restaurant had good food for dinner and breakfast.

+ Our visit to the Sanna did not start well, there was a snafu with our reservation, resulting in us being moved to their eco lodge on arrival. The staff was very gracious in trying to make up for this, and the owner personally came to right this. The hotel is beautiful, i fully recommend upgrading the suite. There is a rooftop restaurant and bar that has beautiful views. The bell tower and market is within walking distance, however vendors make walking the streets annoying. They have a transfer service from the airport that is worth reserving. The hotel has spa services that are relaxing for weary travelers.

+ Concerns of bed bugs, the manager did change rooms after reporting it, but noise is another factor of this rating.

+ Great stay. Would stay again. Rooms were huge and clean (but dingy carpets made it feel a bit worn). Hotel staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Walking distance to a few sites. Easy pick up for safari. Good breakfast.

+ My stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha was a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The room was impressively large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the mix of tiled floors in the entry and bathroom with cozy carpet in the sleeping area. The bathroom was a highlight - a true four-piece setup with a whirlpool tub, spacious walk-in shower, plush bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer. The only thing missing? A bit more counter space. Storage was abundant, with plenty of closet space, a double luggage rack, and even a full kitchen counter. The lighting system is automated, and there's an in-room safe for peace of mind. The rooftop restaurant was a great place to start and end the day - breakfast is included, and dinner was both delicious and beautifully presented, all served with sweeping views of the city and mountains. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. I also had a phenomenal massage with Neema - highly recommended, especially after a safari …
