Excellent and amazing + It was the best experience ever in zanzibar the staff was so kind specially suleiman , alyy , hussain and matilda they were very kind specially, helpful and friendly. And I’m sure that when I’ll come back to zanzibar I am goito visit this hotel.

Una notte a Stown Town… − Il servizio del ristorante è stato molto deludente, essendo in un 5 stelle la mancata attenzione per il cliente unito ad una lentezza assurda, avendo atteso 2 ore e mezza prima di essere serviti, ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Anche la colazione non è stata tra le migliori, buffet con poca scelta per chi non ama il salato.

Wonderful warm stay. + Breakfast was great. The green everywhere was refreshing. The staff were very helpful , professional and kind. The rooms are spacious, the view to the ocean was amazing. Due to the space, it was possible to have a run or jog around the premises till the harbour and would end it with a swimming in the pool. − Soroundings outside the hotel are not interesting. Not worth the time of walking out to see what else is closeby.

Very slow service + I had a quick stay at the hotel, just overnight for an early flight. Though hotel is market 5 stars, it definitely does not feel like one. Unfortunately, the quality and speed of service were poor. For me and the other guest, there were two large towels (one each) and only one hand towel (to share?). I had to ask for an extra one and it took an hour to bring it. While I booked a room with two beds, we arrived to see that our room had one large bed. In order to separate it into two beds, we had to wait for an hour. While we were rushing to leave at 5.00am, it took over 15 minutes for the luggage to be picked up and brought to the reception. On the night of our arrival I told the staff that we need luggage service to be at 4.40. Nonetheless, it did not happen and only after a number of requests, the super slow luggage service arrived. Causing unnecessary stress and pressure.

+ The environment − The service delivery at the restaurant was very slow and they definitely need a restaurant floor manager to coordinate the waiters. But the food is excellent 👌

Fantastic + I liked the hospitality and staff service. The cleanest of the hotel and sort distance from Stone Town. The breakfast was fantastic with the legendary coco nuts juice. − The internet connection was not good. Due to the road construction/rehabilitation, il was a long detour to access the hotel reception. Sometimes, drivers were lost.
