I like the friendliness of the staff + Very conveniently located. You step into the vibe of Taipei walking district. I have stayed here many times already and I keep returning. Great for solo travelers and well priced. − Upgrade to the elevator would be nice.

My previous stays were much better, and each visit felt different in a positive way. Unfortunately, this time the experi + I was able to get 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom for myself and two adult kids which was convenient everyone had their own space. − There was very little flexibility with our early check‑in request, even though we communicated this well in advance. We understand early check‑in is never guaranteed, but in the past the hotel has usually tried to have the room ready a couple of hours earlier. This time, the front desk agent was not particularly understanding of our situation. We had been up since 5am for a four‑hour flight and arrived at 10am, with no option to take a later flight since it was the only one from our island. Being told we had to wait until 3pm felt dismissive of our circumstances. It wasn’t until a very polite young lady whom I recognized from previous stays (yes I was a third time return customer this time with kids) came to the desk that we were offered …

Um dia eu volto. E vou recomendar a outros + Segurança, privacidade, hospitalidade e fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e transportes públicos − Poderiam oferecer café da manhã. O uso da lavanderia pode ser melhor sinalizado. Alguns perderam moedas por não haver indicação detalhada de onde inseri-las.

Reasonably priced, very convenient + Great staff, friendly and helpful on several occasions. Superb location. − There was an issue with my credit card which caused some inconvenience, but was eventually resolved. Some guests come in large groups occupying several rooms and can cause noise very late. The staff did act quickly on complaints each time and the noise was reduced.

超乎預期的服務 + 這次房間安排的很好 出入也很方便 取用飲水時也很方便 房務人員也很有禮貌 櫃檯人員也很親切 讓我驚訝的是飯店人員幫我把行李提早放入房間 跟這次有對外窗 真的很感謝 − 這次只有泡一次澡 因為房間排水系統有點怪怪的 怕會造成水災 所以只有泡一次澡
