    + The staff were nice and helpful, and they kindly provided us with a firmer pillow when we asked. The room was clean, and the gym and pool were great. The business lounge was a highlight. There were complimentary drinks, sweets, snacks, ice cream and wine, as well as a light meal at certain times in the evening. The calm atmosphere and lovely music made it a great place to relax and cool down after a hot day. There is also a shuttle service to the nearest train station, which is otherwise about a 10-minute walk away. − The room had a slight damp smell, which wasn’t very pleasant, although it wasn’t bad enough to be a major issue. The hotel also feels a little old, and the breakfast was just alright. Overall, we expected a little more from a five-star hotel.
