Amazing location and outstanding customer service. + The hotel location is prime, right in the middle of everything in Sultan Ahmet. All major attractions are within 3-5min walk. From my room i could see Hagia Sofia, blue mosque and Basilica Cistern. But the best part of our stay/experiance was the staff; Mr. Murad and Mr. Omar, they were amazing. They advised us on the best times to visit attractions, best local food joints and arranged airport transfers. The day we checked in, we felt the room is small for us so I told Mr. Murad and he upgraded our room to a bigger room with a stunning view. Another thing we loved about the hotel was their breakfast; full Turkish breakfast with several options for hot items. Overall great place and people. We would highly recommend this venue specially if you are visiting Istanbul for the first time. AND full five STARS to Mr. Murad and Mr. Omar for making our stay memorable. − There is literally nothing to complain about.

Stay at Hotel Saint Sophia. + The location was superb!!! the staff went out of their way for us. We had a view of Hogia Sophia. Omer and Murat were exceptional. Breakfast was served it was an amazing spread of delight. − Nothing not to like.

Heart of Istanbul + The location is brilliant! All the main attractions are available on foot. The staff were amazing- I actually left my passport in the taksi when we arrived and Ramazan was very helpful in retrieving. Everything was clean. We had a view of the Hagia Sofia also which was great, even with the scaffolding. Overall it was an amazing stay that we recommend 😊 − I only marked it down on the comfort due to the size of the room, which im sure is a standard size in a built up area.

+ The hotel was right in the center of the old town, within 5 minutes walk from 4 monuments. the breakfast was really great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. − The shower was a bit tricky, but it was ok overall.

+ The team was wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and kind. We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and were greeted with coffee and a warm welcome. The team recommended places to dine and organised tours for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is not to be missed. We are looking forward to returning soon.
