+ La décoration, le confort de la chambre − Le prix d' une bière au bar 450TL. L emplacement un peu éloigné du tram et surtout pour revenir à pied depuis le tram, il y a une montée assez forte

Отдельного внимание заслуживает качественный подбор средств гигиены ( шампунь, кондиционер , гель, крем) . Очень понравился разумный подход с завтраками. Выбор очень разнообразный, при этом основные блюда заказываются по меню. Вид из ресторана - открытая панорама Босфора.Расположение супер! Вниз 5 минут пешком и вы у дворца Долмабахче и у причала Кабаташ, 10 минут вверх от отеля - вы на площади Таксим. − Понравилось всё.

+ This is a truly good hotel. It used to be a 5-star property, though for some reason it lost a star. We stayed in a spacious corner room on the first floor. I’ve stayed in many different rooms here, and if you don't necessarily need a view of the Bosphorus, corner room is a perfect choice. A special thank you to our friend from housekeeping who takes care of the first-floor rooms—he is incredibly attentive and caring. Everything else is just as reliable as always: the location is excellent, and the staff is polite and welcoming. The two large, sweet dogs on the front porch are a fantastic highlight of the hotel. − The only downside to the hotel, in my opinion, is the breakfast—specifically the à la carte menu. Everything available at the open buffet is excellent, but the dishes ordered from the menu are lacking. The menemen is bland and tasteless, the fried eggs are consistently overcooked and too oily, and the omelette is also overcooked. The only egg dish that worked for me was the…

− Hello, It is completely unacceptable for a hotel that promotes itself as pet-friendly to allow a dog that has been adopted and fed by the hotel staff to attack and bite its guests. I had a truly horrible experience. I never expected that both my dog and I would be attacked and bitten right in front of the hotel, while the staff simply stood by and watched without taking any action. For a hotel that presents itself as a high-standard establishment, the way its guests were treated was absolutely unacceptable. The explanation that “this has never happened before” is simply not good enough and does not excuse the lack of care or responsibility. A deeply disappointing experience. This hotel does not deserve even one star.
