    + Skvelá lokalita, dobre vybavená herňa, káva, čaj, čokoláda grátis v spoločenskej miestnosti, turistické trasy dostupné napešo, tiché a tmavé prostredie, blízko je potôčik, kde sa dá schladiť, − Je to staršie ubytovacie zariadenie, schodisko je relatívne otvorené, čo je dosť veľké riziko pri pobyte s malými deťmi - obúvame sa pri odchode na túru, položím ročného syna na zem a za pár sekúnd je pri schodoch.
