Elegant and traditional hotel with great food. + Beautiful building - very stylish and atmospheric. The terrace is a wonderful place to eat out on a warm summer’s evening. The food is excellent and very carefully produced. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the sea (you have to cross the adjacent road and down some steps) - swimming platform which seems to be popular with local community. Good view of the bay and port. − Some elements of the rooms are quite old fashioned and there was a drain smell in our bathroom - clean but a bit well worn. The upper car park for the hotel is not well signposted - you can easily end up in the casino car park below the hotel.

+ Das Frühstück war gut. Besonders schön war der gemütliche Frühstücksplatz im Außenbereich, der abends auch als Restaurant genutzt wird. Die Villa selbst hat viel Charme und eine tolle Atmosphäre, ist allerdings an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut – das Meer erreicht man in nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal + Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Kaffee frisch zubereitet, Weg zur Badestelle nur 5 min. zu Fuß, große Außenterrasse ( Restaurant) mit Blick zum Wasser.

Good location but hotel feels tired, rooms could do with a refresh + The location is great, a short walk to the water and the terrace is beautiful. − The room felt grubby, the carpet was dirty, the room needed a fresh lick of paint. The whole place felt tired and for the cost per night you'd expect better.

Book a room with a proper window and you will have a great time + Beautiful view from the terrace. Close to the beaches. Comfy bed. Small but good breakfast with good coffee. − Attic rooms are a bit depressing. No lift - so not accessible by wheel chair or a stroller. Restaurant food is a disaster: cream soup with already curded cream, cheese plate with cheap cheese cubes cut in randomly sized cubed and a wax print left… but the view and atmosphere fixes all.
