10/10 + First of all i would like to thank Preet whom had looked after me up on check in, she was very informative, very helpful, her service went above and beyond, very courteous, friendly smile, beautiful lady, hostel was very clean, Preet takes pride in maintaining the hostel always working so hard, she deserves to be recognised for her excellency, over all very happy, nice spacious cabins compared to other hostels.

Bad − I think some reviews are completely misleading as the indian woman who did my check in (Ms Preet) the ms all the "males" are praising to be so "nice" on the reviews had a very bitter, unmmanered, and just plain uneducated attitude toward me. I did noticed she was nice with the males! Perhaps she's in the search of a boyfriend 😂 In that case good luck to you gentlemen, perhaps one of you end up with a good happy stay. Anyway, There is not need to be unpolite toward others especially if you work in the hospitality industry.

Brilliant inexpensive stay in Singapore + Genuinely such lovely staff and such a good place to stay on a budget in Singapore. You would find it hard to get a hostel as good as this, and I’m aware because I stayed in another ‘more popular’ one during my time there. Everyone there went out of their way to make it nice. Bathroom facilities were good. Beds were comfortable and private. The neighbourhood of Little India is great as well, by far one of the more interesting parts of Singapore. − Because a lot of people seem to come back at night, it can noisy at night. That’s the only negative. They do provide earplugs though so just jam them in.

Good value, not restful + Good value for money − There was someone in the room who was coughing constantly through the night. For two nights in a row, sounded like they were very unwell. This meant I found it very difficult to get to sleep. Also, maybe other people could get a sickness from this person. Also, very loud snorers. This is the reality of you sleep in the same room as many other people, be aware that it's all down to luck if the people in the room are very noisy or not!

− There’s a clear and overall sense of disorder throughout the place. Probably the worst hostel experience I’ve ever had — terrible value for money. The showers had cigarette butts in them, and there were tons of empty shampoo and soap bottles hanging around, along with people’s used shavers. The toilets, showers, and sink areas were dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Garbage bins were overflowing, and people were hanging their clothes wherever they could find space. In the rooms, there were no shoe storage units, so shoes just covered the entire floor — it really didn’t feel like a proper bedroom environment. Lastly, they charged a ridiculous SGD 20 “fee” for a lost key card that probably costs less than 50 cents to replace. It felt like a scammy, unethical way to make extra money.
