the hotel is iconic, unfortunately located in the wrong place + the hotel itself is iconic and amazing design − the room is very small, and the AC blows at you. location is not interesting, unless you are there to eat Indian food. streets are jammed with people in the evening making it difficult to walk

Excellent breakfast and evening cocktails included in my package. − I originally requested a bath in the booked room, I received confirmation that the hotel would assist, but was told when we arrived that there was only one room that had a bath and that had been already taken.

A great place to stay in Singapore 😊 + Victoria was such a brilliant host at the Hotel with many tips and ideas. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast options − The area was a little out of the way but still safe- just a little walk away from the buzzier parts

Interesting decor, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, but the room was tiny + Decor was interesting. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were great. − Room was tiny! Small even compared to New York, London and Paris. A bit of a walk to the nearest MRT. Walking back to the hotel late at night, the area around the hotel didn’t feel like a great neighbourhood.

Eclectic property, great staff, good location. + Unique hotel with friendly staff. The lobby and bar area get a 5+ star rating. The rooms get a solid 4 stars. Rooms are basic, rather small and somewhat dark. The location is good for getting to Little India and Chinatown, and just a 5 minute walk to the MRT station.

Style over substance. Cramped room, and no club lounge access. Very disappointing. + Quirky hotel in a great location next to Little India and Kampung Glam. Interesting public areas. Very good breakfast. − Room was tiny - we're not big people but couldn't both walk round the bed side by side. inadequate storage - no drawer space to speak of and not enough room to store 2 (medium) suitcases. Main disappointment was the fact that I booked a room with club lounge access with complimentary cocktails and snacks but when I asked about this at the hotel I was told they no longer do it, so the nature of the booking was misrepresented.. I would not have booked the hotel if I'd known this
