Great location but the linen definitely was of poor quality. + We didn’t consume food. The linen was poor. The bed covers had spots of stains n the pillow slips were stained n tired. The bathroom towels were CHEAP n insufficient Toilets roles − Stated above

位置良好，CP值算高。 + 住宿位置超棒，在捷運站A出口拐個彎就到了，附近有購物中心可以吃到亞坤、吐司工坊還有超市可以逛～ 飯店人員服務良好，雖然只會講英文，但是都可以解決我們的需求。 − 冷氣老舊聲音很大，吹比較久就會不冷。 門的潤滑不足開關時聲音也很大～ 房間裡面沒有放衛生紙，只能從廁所拿卷紙出來用

Hopefully not coming back here. + The reception staff and the staff manning the WhatsApp were nice and responsible. − Cleaning every 3 days, and the floor was barely wiped, no vacuuming, and during our stay, the linens were changed once only. Common kitchen left dirty by other guests twice(staff had to clean up after them). TV did not work. The entire TV was replaced?? by the handyman and it still didn’t work. No sound insulation at all. Could hear everything going on on the entire floor at all hours of the day.

+ Location was very good − Ironing facilities was poor. Iron itself was bad Bathroom drainage was not good. Water kept filling up and out to the dry area after shower. Sink water took awhile to drain. Informed staff and someone was sent to rectify immediately. Good service

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, ils sont aux petits soins et très serviable. + Très bon emplacement au calme, en plein coeur des rizières, nous avons adoré ce logement qui correspondaient à nos attentes. Nous avons suivi les recommandations et avons diné au restaurant conseillé par la villa qui se situe à 2min à pied, c'était excellent.

+ Cleaning of room should be provided every alternate day, coffee , tea, and sugar sachet should be provided on daily basis. − Nearby coffee house staff where hotel is providing 10% off for tourist who are staying in owen are not very helpful I mean only online payment is acceptable, what if tourist has only cash available with them, simply staring and not helping them and suggesting no options is funny and so unprofessional
