+ I would definitely recommend this place. In our own experience, we had a very good stay for many reasons like: 1- Hospitality at its best. 2- The staff are super friendly, welcoming, warm, helpful and professional. 3- The hotel is very quiet. 4- Clean rooms, bathroom, furnishings…..etc. 5- Restaurant is available on site and can be delivered to your room. 6- Budget Friendly. 7- Shuttle bus is available to take you to the Haram. We will be definitely going back there if we are visiting Madina-Saudia Arabia.

+ Hotel was appalling, the rooms were unclean and dirty. Staff was nice and relatively helpful. Masjid al Nabawi is over two miles away from this place - inconvenient. The ‘24/7’ shuttle bus is disgusting, unclean no ac. Imagine 40°c+ with no ac, literal torture. Dont go and spend a little more money. Jzk
