شكراً جزيلاً لإدارة الفندق على الاهتمام والمتابعه ولنا عوده قريبه باذن الله تعالى + موظفي الاستقبال النظافة العامة للفندق خاصة الغرفة جداً مريحه ومناسبه للعرسان من اهل المنطقه − البوفيه لم يكن بذات المتوقع ارجو النظر وإحضار شيف ذات جوده عاليه وقيمة اتمنى توفير مواقف مناسبه وراقيه للزائرين

يفي بالغرض كيوم واحد + الموظف في شفت الصباح جدا مهذب ومحترم، عكس شفت الليل بشكل واضح. الاسرة مريحة. وضع قوارير الماء بشكل كافي. − التلفاز جودته رديئة جدا وقنوات كثيرة لاتعمل. الشباك غير نظيف. التكييف غريب ويفصل احيانا. مقابض الحمامات عطلانه. الانترنت ايضا يقطع.

− My room was facing the road side was terrible , I had been very uncomfortable sleeping during my stay which led me less focused on next day job, the frequent vehicle was passing in night was not allow me to have deep sleep. The receptionist replied as no replacement room is available when i requested for the change of room, I could sleep a bit longer when having Ear plug in my ear which was again let me feel not better… Windows should be improved to have efficient sealing from outside noise for the guest to have enough sleep.

+ رجل الأمن متواجد في موقعه وكان في غاية الإحترام ويشكر على تواجده كذلك الأستاذ المتواجد بالاستقبال محترم جدا ويشكر على أخلاقه وتفانيه في عمله.. 🌹 − كل شي تمام الحمدالله ويشكرون القائمين على هذا الفندق الجميل..
