+ الخدمة كانت جدا جيدة و الاستقبال كلهم كانو خدومين وسريعين بالإجراءات و يعطيه العافية بدر الدهمشي على حرصة على سوالة عن راحت اقامتنا كانت جدا ممتازة − نقطه وحده ما جبتني الي هي النظافة ما كانت افضل شي في ريحة غبار اضن من القماش الي فوق الاسرة و الغلاية كان فيها نمل ياليت تشيكون على الاجهزة قبل تسليم الغرف للعميل لان طبيعة المكان فيه حشرات

تمنيت تعاون اكثر من موظفي الاستقبال، وتمنيت ايضا يكون المكان اكثر حيوية مع وجود انشطة للاطفال اكثر! المكان هادئ جداً لا + I like the private swimming pool, I like that you can see birds while you are walking inside the property, green spaces. − I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable while talking to the reception staff, they need to be more resilience to questions and they need to enhance their tone while talking to customers.
