This hotel can be exceptional if they re-consider their receptionists attitude and buffet, quality is all they need + Location, atmosphere − reception services are questionable, and the front desk staff need to greet guests with more warmth and friendliness. I was shocked when the female receptionist was staring to me with a poker face, like I’m intruding the place not a guest want smoothly check-in. Anyway, I booked this hotel to celebrate a special occasion for my wife and coordinated with an external event planner to decorate the room with ballons and cake but, unfortunately, the reception staff were uncooperative and refused entry to the planner, claiming it was prohibited and that any setup had to be arranged directly through the hotel planner at triple the price I had agreed on with the external planner!
